Peruvian Sillao Beef Recipe

Ingredients to make Peruvian soy sauce:
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes
1/4 kg of cut young corn (not shelled)
2 envelopes oyster sauce
250 grams of ground beef
Chuno
1 piece of kion or ginger
Quail eggs
Soy sauce or soy sauce
How to make Peruvian soy meat:
To prepare the meat sauce to the soy sauce, peel, cut the kion and blend with water. Strain the smoothie leaving only the liquid, then add the Oyster packets and mix; add soy sauce, add 1 teaspoon chuno and mix until you get a dark sauce.

Add the quail eggs, mix and turn off the heat. Serve the meat in the Peruvian soy sauce accompanied with white rice.
